We understand that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have put in place a Returns & Refunds policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Returns Policy:
You have 7 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note.
Tossido reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping for Returns:
The customer is responsible for shipping the return package to the address provided, or Tossido can arrange for return pickup at a nominal cost. Shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Please clearly mention the Tossido Order Id and your name on the return package to make it easier for us to identify. You can also send us the tracking details of your return package to sales@tossido.in.

Non-Returnable Policy:
Products brought on sale are non-returnable, and Tossido explicitly holds the right to deny returns, with this decision being at the sole discretion of the company.
Refunds Policy:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The refund remittance process can take up to 7 working days from receipt of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of electronic payment for pre-paid orders only. The refund amount will appear in your bank statement within 10-15 days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies. For COD orders, please share your bank details with us at sales@tossido.in, along with the courier receipt, for a quick resolution.
Please note that a return charge of Rs. 175/- shall be deducted from the invoice amount as shipment processing in case a pre-paid order is returned without acceptance from the customer.
Treatment of Discounts:
Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return.
