Courier and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Tossido! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our updated Courier and Delivery Policy, designed to ensure transparency and efficiency in delivering your orders, in line with Indian legal terms and online shopping standards.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines:

We understand your anticipation to receive your orders promptly, and as such, we have optimized our dispatch and delivery procedures for your convenience.

  • Dispatch Time: All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.
  • Communication: AWB (Air Waybill) details will be shared via email and/or text as per the client’s preference.

Standard Courier Option:

  • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Delivery Period:
    • Orders within Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore typically take up to 4 working days.
    • Orders to the rest of India will typically be delivered within 6-8 working days.

Express Courier Option:

  • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Delivery Period:
    • Orders within Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
    • Orders to the rest of India will be delivered within 4-6 working days.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Delhi NCR (National Capital Region): Orders are generally delivered within 1-2 working days.
  • Outside Delhi NCR Region: Orders will generally be delivered within 3-4 working days. However, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier operations and weather conditions.

Local Delivery:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for local deliveries between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM within the Delhi NCR area. Orders placed during this window will be delivered the same day.
  • Noida Warehouse: Please note that same-day delivery is not available on Sundays as our Noida warehouse is closed.
  • Delhi Store: Same-day delivery is not available on Mondays as our Tossido Delhi store is closed.
  • Gurugram Store: Same-day delivery is not available on Tuesdays as our Tossido Gurugram store is closed.

Pin Code Availability:

Deliveries are subject to the availability of the client's Pin Code. Some Pin Codes may have limited availability, leading to extended delivery timelines or alternative arrangements.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping services are available for all orders for an additional charge of Rs. 299/-.
  • This service ensures quicker delivery, typically within 1-3 working days for major cities and 4-6 working days for the rest of India.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders with a total value of INR 499/- or more.
  • Please note that COD orders may experience longer delivery times compared to prepaid orders.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders generally receive priority in processing and are typically delivered sooner than COD orders.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: International orders are estimated to be delivered within 4-9 working days.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival at the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as different countries have different tax and duty regulations.

  • Tossido is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by the customs process in the destination country.

  • Shipping Charges: The shipping charges for international orders are based on the weight of the package and the distance from our warehouse to the specified destination.

  • International shipping charges are inclusive of volume discounts, fuel surcharges, and nominal handling fees.

Dispatch Assurance and Accountability:

Tossido ensures timely dispatch of all items, however, delivery timelines are subject to the availability and efficiency of courier companies. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays, may occasionally lead to extended delivery times. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.

Important Notes:

  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing the order.
  • Undelivered Packages: In the case that a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned. Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.
