Exchange Policy

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for shopping at www.tossido.in. Our exchange policy ensures that we replace only those products that have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during delivery.

In case you need to exchange a product for the same item or are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, we request you to email us at sales@tossido.in with all relevant details, including the invoice copy and images of the product.

After reviewing your request, if the exchange is approved from our end, we will ship the replacement product to you and arrange for the pickup of the previous item.

Please note that the exchange process will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned product. Any damage or defects caused due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.
