Courier Policy

    • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.
    • Communication: AWB details will be shared via email/text as per the client's preference.
    • Delivery Period: Delivery timelines depend on the client's location. Deliveries within Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore typically take up to 4 working days, while deliveries to the rest of India are completed within 6 days.

  2. Express Courier Option:

    • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.
    • Communication: AWB details will be shared via email/text according to the client's preference.
    • Delivery Period: Delivery timelines vary based on the client's location. Deliveries within Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore are usually completed within 2 days, while deliveries to the rest of India take up to 4 working days.

  3. Pincode Availability:

    • Deliveries are subject to the availability of the client's Pincode. Some Pincodes may have limited availability, resulting in extended delivery times.

  4. Dispatch Assurance:

    • Tossido ensures timely dispatch of all items. However, delivery timelines are subject to courier companies and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Accountability:

    • Tossido cannot be held accountable for late deliveries. While we do our best to meet delivery expectations, external factors with courier companies may impact the final delivery timeline.
