We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item or seek a refund. Therefore, we have established the following Exchange and Return Policy to ensure a transparent and seamless process for our valued customers:

Returns Policy:

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note, is required for all returns.
• Tossido reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
• A flat fee of Rs. 190/- will be charged for return processing. This fee is applicable to all returns.
• If you wish to avoid this return fee, you may choose to return the packaging and initiate the return process by mailing us at sales@tossido.in to request the return address.

Shipping for Returns:

• Customers are responsible for shipping the return package to the provided address.
• Tossido can arrange for return pickup at a nominal cost (Rs. 190/-), subject to availability in your location.
• Shipping fees incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
• Please ensure that the Tossido Order ID and your name are clearly indicated on the return package for easy identification.
• Customers may also share the tracking details of their return package with us at sales@tossido.in.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Tossido reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges at its discretion.
  
• Socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The exchanged item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the exchange package to the provided address.
• Tossido can arrange for exchange pickup at a nominal cost (Rs. 190/-), subject to availability in your location.

Refund Policy:

• Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its receipt and status.
• The refund process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving your return.
• For pre-paid orders, if your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded to your credit card or original method of electronic payment.
• Please note that express delivery charges are non-refundable.
• The refunded amount will reflect in your bank statement within 10-15 days, subject to your bank or card issuer's policies.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank or UPI details to sales@tossido.in along with the courier receipt for prompt resolution.

Treatment of Discounts:

• Any discount applied using a Coupon Code during the order placement will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount in full, regardless of the return or exchange quantity or value.

General Terms:

• Tossido reserves the right to change or update the prices, policies, and terms without notice. All updates will be reflected on our website.
• The terms and conditions of this policy apply to all customers who shop on www.tossido.in.
