We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item or seek a refund. Therefore, we have established the following Exchange and Return Policy to ensure a transparent and seamless process for our valued customers:

Returns Policy : 

- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note, is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Tossido reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Shipping for Returns : 

- Customers are responsible for shipping the return package to the provided address.
- Alternatively, Tossido can arrange for return pickup at a nominal cost.
- Shipping fees incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
- Please ensure that the Tossido Order ID and your name are clearly indicated on the return package for easy identification.
- Customers may also share the tracking details of their return package with us at sales@tossido.in.

Non-Returnable Policy :

- Items purchased on sale are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Tossido reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges at its discretion.

Refunds Policy:

- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its receipt and status.
- The refund process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving your return.
- For pre-paid orders, if your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded to your credit card or original method of electronic payment.
- Please note that express delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The refunded amount will reflect in your bank statement within 10-15 days, subject to your bank or card issuer's policies.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank details to sales@tossido.in along with the courier receipt for prompt resolution.

Exchanges Policy:

- If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The exchanged item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the exchange package to the provided address.
- Tossido can arrange for exchange pickup at a nominal cost.

Treatment of Discounts:

- Any discount applied using a Coupon Code during the order placement will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount in full, regardless of the return or exchange quantity or value.
